Our Role
Our role on each assignment is designated by the
client. This role is carried out in close coordination and cooperation with our
client sponsors, and typically includes one or more of the following functions:

Project Manager, Developer and Implementer

Data Collector and Researcher
-
Management Information Systems Designer, Evaluator and Implementer

Independent Observer, Facilitator, Catalyst, Outside Board or Committee Team
Member; Management Advisor
Additionally, our past assignments have extensively involved dealing with
various organized labor groups, most often the Teamsters. This experience
encompasses standards validation studies by union engineers and arbitrations.
